Something about beauty but not within. ..
All done in Painter. I started with chalk and pastel brushes to lay down the first layers and used the blender brushes for smoothing. The glow tool was used for the jewels and such.

You have a beautifully soft coloring style, and this piece glows wonderfully! It is only upon close inspection of the actual full view that this doesn't look like a photo.
